Wont register me

I have made an account three now and it will not let me log into it after i made it. When i try to it just stays at the log in page. Its not a forgotten password or username, it just doesnt acknowlege my account ever existing. I have made the same account with the same email and password three times now, I cant even use this app at all as a result.
