Error Message When Bringing Something

After guest selects item to bring, an error message appears saying "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." However, the item they selected to bring does appear on hosts master list as them bringing that item. I am using this on an iPhone 6S with the latest operating system. Also my registration never gets logged. I have to keep re-registering.
