Feedback on ThingToBring

It would be great to be able to include a note with the invitation. When the guests open the email they will see some free-text details the host would like to share with them. Like directions to our place, or surprise info, etc.

When setting up event you give a number expected to attend but when you RSVP not giving the option to specify how many in your party which will alter the host #

Auto generate an email reminder to guests to RSVP, and be able to send an updated message to guests if needed.

I could not edit my items to bring list :(

It's difficult for guests to see which button to click for what to bring.

I rsvp'd to an event. I inadvertently pressed an item by mistake. I didn't want to bring that item and I can't edit it. The app only gives the organizer access to the event. Rsvp users should be able to see what event they are participating in as...

It would be awesome if the RSVP link could be sent via text message as well or instead of email and guest could input their phone number instead of email address to RSVP.

We frequently have family reunions with the same 40-50 people. It would be nice if we could setup a group, say Gifford Family, with all of these people to make inviting them a little easier.

When typing in an item, have app ask how many are needed and if host says 3 the item will duplicate to include three items in list so host doesn't have to re type the item three times. When someone signs up, make it possible to bring only 1 of...

Make it so that the inviter can designate more than one person to bring an item (i.e. 4 RSVPers can bring side dishes, or 6 RSVPers can bring a 2 liter soda).

Allow the user to invite people from their facebook page and send notifications to those users as well via facebook.

I find the Doodle's "Make a Choice" a great model to follow. It would be really great if thing2bring was like that, only optimized specifically for bringing food. For example, allow users to enter their names, phone numbers, and email...

use my phone contacts rather than email

The login process seems a bit tricky. You ask "name" and "email" but then the login asks for username. I signed up once and created an event and now I cannot login and I lost the event. I signed up with same credentials again and it works but...

I open the app and the minute I try and create an event, the app closes.

I mistyped an email address for one of the people being invited and I can't edit it. I also added someone who needs to be deleted from the list and I can't delete it. Please allow users to edit the list of people who are invited

It is not showing anyone as RSVP either.

I want to share the app with my friend who we tailgate with so we can both add things to the events and invite people.

It was great to find your app, I uploaded all of my items needed, the event and contacts but then there was no way to figure out how to send my invite. Please let me know....randan4@verizon.net Thanks so much in advance.

I would like to delete duplicate email addresses. Would like to create one list and use it for the season's events.

I sent out 99% text messages and they respond with email I don't know who it is unless I email that address back???

I noted that when I first created my list of items to bring, I had forgotten some items. When I added them to the list, they seem to add to the end of the list only. In an attempt to keep similar items together (Entrees, desserts, chips, etc.),...

I have different groups I use this for. I would like to be able to sort emailed rsvps into groups for future use.
